What should I expect during class?

Each and every MRF class offers 45 minutes of high energy specially designed to burn the most amount of calories in the shortest amount of time possible. Each heart-pumping minute is thoughtfully crafted to push you further than you would ever push yourself, alone. Together, in a positive, encouraging and motivating atmosphere, your body and mind will be tested using, plyometrics, calisthenics and explosive bodyweight movements while combining both cardio and strength training. These powerful combinations are proven to promote both, weight loss and muscle toning while boosting confidence and overall mood. Plateauing isn’t possible in this powerful and challenging class! Each month brings a new area of focus encouraging muscle confusion, which leads to more dynamic and result yielding workouts. Make new friends as you inspire and push one another through each challenging and fun class!

What do I do with my kids?

At MommiesRfit, we lead by example. This means our children come with us. From the neonate age, your children are put into an environment that supports the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle!  We encourage your children to do what they enjoy most. Whether that's running alongside of you or playing with friends, they are sure to enjoy MRF.  

Am I too "out - of - shape?"

NO! We offer modifications to all levels. Whether you are an elite athlete or have

never worked out a day in your life, MRF will work for you. With everything from no

impact to high impact, we are ready to challenge you exactly where you are. What

is important to know is that we work towards body weight mastery. There is no heavy lifting so the risk of injury is low.

Is MRF a social hour?

Depends who you are asking...the mothers or children! While we work hard in the 45 minutes class is in session, our children play (insert praise hands!).   However after class while stretching we typically hang out and chat.  It's an amazing opportunity to connect, ask questions, and explore motherhood!  

What should I bring with me?

A stroller for your baby if you have one or want one. Water. Yoga mat.  

What should I wear?

Sneakers and athletic wear.
